Glyn Williams was admitted to practice in 1988 and is a partner.
He practises in the fields of commercial and property law, estate planning and trusts, administrative and environmental law, labour law, human rights and constitutional law. He is a TOKISO panellist on its arbitration panel. Glyn is also admitted as an attorney in Zimbabwe and Lesotho and worked for legal firms in London, Bedford and Zimbabwe before returning to South Africa in 1990.

Johan was admitted to practice in 1991 and is a partner.
He is a general practitioner, with a predilection for civil litigation. Johan focuses on public interest law, particularly the fields of environmental law, land reform and administrative law. He also practises in private law, particularly in the fields of law of contract and law of delict.

Camilla was admitted to practice in 2004 and is a partner.
She practices labour law, civil litigation whether arising from contractual, delictual or other disputes, commercial law including advising the formation and administration of voluntary associations, trusts, close corporations and companies, applications for non-profit and tax-exempt status and on the drafting of contracts, local government law, and reform law, Road Accident Fund claims, and landlord and tenant law. Her clients include municipalities, non-governmental organisations, trade unions, businesses and individuals.
Camilla is based in Cape Town.

Fiona was admitted to practice in 1990 and is a Professional Assistant. Before joining Chennells Albertyn she ran her own practice for 16 years out of two offices in rural Kwa-Zulu Natal. She practises civil litigation, labour law, family law and divorce, landlord and tenant disputes, road accident fund claims, and estate planning and trusts.
Fiona is based in Stellenbosch.

Bernard Geldenhuys was admitted to practice as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2004 and is a Professional Assistant.
He is head of the conveyancing department and also deals with the administration of deceased estates. Prior to entering private practice he worked for the Department of Justice as a Public Prosecutor.
Bernhard is based in Cape Town.

| Roger Chennells, is the founder member of the firm and has practised generally in the field of human rights since 1980, specialising in issues relating to land, labour, farm workers and conflict resolution, arbitration and mediation. Since the early 1990s he has acted for the San people of Southern Africa, working on issues of land, heritage and the intellectual property rights of indigenous people. |
